I baked....and it was delicious!! Seriously though, that never happens. So this creation must be fool proof. Best of all, zero processed stuff and naturally sweet. Vincent and I even ate some for breakfast the next morning. Give it a go and let me know what you think. And feel free to share it on your page. :)
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 small apples, peeled and chopped into small dice
2 cups oats
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/4 cup almond milk
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tablespoons shredded coconut & dark chocolate chips (both optional)
Preheat over to 180 degrees c. Bake for 25 - 35 minutes or until center is cooked.
Mix wet incredients well, then combine into the dry ingredients.
Line loaf tin with cooking paper for easy clean up.
Spread mix into tin evenly.
Sprinkle top with shredded coconut and choc chips if you want. Then bake in pre heated oven until cooked.
Serve warm with lots of real butter.
